Primary Lead Teacher Position for 2010-2011 School Year

Assume all duties of a lead teacher including preparing classroom, teaching lessons, conferencing with parents, and creating a thriving Montessori classroom learning environment. Applicants must have a bachelors degree or higher and be Montesssori 3-6 certified. Experience teaching in a Montessori classroom is preferred. Positions Available: Substitute Teachers for all levels.
Preschool; Lower Elementary grades 1-3; Upper Elementary grades 4-6. Work as needed. Montessori training and/or classroom experience desirable. Positions Available: Aftercare Assistants.
Work on regular part-time schedule, or as needed. Aftercare hours 2:30-6PM. Under the direction of the Aftercare Director, provide supervision and activities for participants (age 5-12). Program includes outdoor play, homework time, snack, crafts and indoor games.
